Rafik Ammar is Policy Director of the e-NG Coalition, a global industry association representing the full value chain of electric natural gas (e-methane), including project developers, technology providers, energy companies, utilities, and end users. Based in Brussels, he leads international policy and regulatory engagement across Europe, North America, and Asia, with a strong focus on lifecycle assessment, certification, market design, and investment frameworks for synthetic fuels. Rafik is actively involved in global energy and climate policy discussions, including at the IMO and other multilateral fora.
