Roman Maliutin has more than 20-year experience in gas industry, namely gas transportation and storage. He started as a field engineer at the Kehychivske Underground Gas Storage and advanced to the Eastern Region Deputy Chief Engineer of the Gas Transmission System Operator (TSO) of Ukraine. In January 2023, Mr. Maliutin was appointed as an Acting Director General of JSC Ukrtransgaz (the Storage System Operator (SSO) of Ukraine). On 31 July 2024, he commenced a formal 3-year contract in a capacity of a Director General of the SSO. Mr. Maliutin is a top manager in Ukraine’s energy sector, who has moved along from a field engineer at the TSO facilities to one of the leading executives in gas industry
