Tim Hamers is the Secretary General of ERGaR, the European Renewable Gas Registry. ERGaR facilitates the cross-border trade of renewable gas certificates such as GOs and CoOs between national biomethane certificate registries. It does so, by providing the rules and IT solutions for these transfers. Moreover, it provides a network for all stakeholders in the renewable gas certification trading supply chain. Before starting at ERGaR, Tim worked for several other European industry associations representing sectors such as the weighing industry and agricultural machinery industry.
