Odette is a Partner in Audit & Assurance services with more than 26 years experience at Deloitte. Odette serves as the Investment Management Leader for Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda, leads the Cayman Island firm’s Growth and Corporate Responsibility team, and serves on the Board of DCB Holdings Ltd., the Deloitte member firm in the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

As Audit Partner, Odette serves investment management clients including hedge and private equity funds, family offices, fund administrators and private banks.
Odette is the co-founder of 100 Women in Finance (100WF) Cayman Islands, and is a member of 100WF’s Global Council. She is a former Board member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Cayman, and a former Council member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA).
