Ahmed brings extensive expertise in strategic human resource management, organisational transformation, and leadership development to his role as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ahmed has previously held senior roles at leading organisations, driving key initiatives to optimise HR strategy and talent development.

A Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Ahmed is focused on nurturing a positive workplace culture, while strategically attracting and retaining top talent to support CBI’s continued growth and development.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Human Resource Management, and has completed executive programmes at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Columbia Engineering, with a focus on leading through disruption and transformational HR.
