Basil combines more than 20 years HR experience with a broad spectrum of HR, leadership and managerial skillsets including HR excellence, organizational development and design, transformation, diversity and inclusion and strategic HR. Distinguished leader in the field managing, directing and setting up HR departments, leading change initiatives and transformation programs from medium, local to very large-scale global levels, leading, designing and managing transformational and improvement programs as well as start-up organizations, joint ventures and projects, coaching senior and C-level executives and leaders towards achieving operational excellence, delivery of best-in-class results and development of highly capable, effective and high performing organizations. Working for various large, distinguished multinationals across four continents in a variety of industries including: Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Consultancy, Aerospace and Defense, Health, Government, Banking and Retail businesses, Basil possesses a diverse cultural background, a broad global mindset with an open-minded and inclusive approach and speaks 4 languages. Currently, Basil is setting up and directing an HR Center of Excellence at The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) and leading the Organization Development function.
