For over 25 years I have been researching, facilitating and experiencing a wide range of approaches to Human Resource systems and psychology in business, sport and social work. This includes 11 years based in Dubai in executive roles with the Al-Futtaim Group, Gulf Marketing Group and now Ghobash Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Throughout this time, I have participated in large transformational change strategies that were underpinned by unique talent management and capability development methodologies that drive organisational goal attainment.

Throughout my career I been fortunate to have led teams to win 14 national and international awards for excellence and innovation in Human Resources and talent management. I have been a keynote speaker at conferences in Singapore, Johannesburg, Dubai and across the middle east with my favorite topics and case studies being around Predictive Analytics, Performance Psychology and building competitive advantage.
