I’m grateful for a diverse background that’s offered me a unique view on how to help professionals build confidence, grow capabilities and realise potential, using my combination of commercial, creative and human skills.

Formerly a senior lawyer at Freshfields international law firm (global investigations and transactions, nuclear new build, government advisory, Royal Courts of Justice litigation). I swapped the board room for London’s West End as a professional musical theatre actor (London Palladium, His Majesty’s Theatre, Sadler’s Wells), before setting up two sector-specialist experiential learning consultancies. This is where my passion emerged for using immersive interactive learning to enable human-centred leaders at all organisational levels take ownership for driving their growth.

As Chief Growth Officer of The Experiential Learning Group (PCA, PCA Law, Youd Andrews, London Global), our global clients rely on us to develop their people’s leadership, performance management and sales skills through blended, scalable experiential learning.

Professional Experience

Impactful experiential consultancy, diagnostics, design and facilitation have been at the heart of my 15 years’ supporting 1,000s of leaders at all levels including Board / C-level at 100+ multi-sector corporates and professional service firms in 30 countries across 6 continents. Organisations I have supported across the Middle East include: PepsiCo, Agthia, ADNOC, Riyad Bank, Public Investment Fund, HSBC, AstraZeneca, Nestlé, Mastercard, Standard Chartered Bank, Emirates Global Aluminium, A&O Shearman, Clifford Chance and Clyde and Co.
