Dharmendra Singhvi is a seasoned IT executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. As IT Director – Corporate at Al-Futtaim, Dharmendra plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the group’s technology strategy across key corporate functions including HR, Finance and Sustainability.
Dharmendra recently spearheaded a two-year global HR technology modernisation program, redefining the Group HR technology roadmap to enhance digital capabilities and user experience with the introduction of award-winning AI implementation in the region. He is currently leading the group’s transformation in integrated planning and budgeting & consolidation and driving the evolution of Data and AI analytics across all corporate functions. His work with the AI Office and technology partners is shaping the future of intelligent automation in back-office operations.
