Dr. Salam is The Training Manager of Wide Impact and a Visiting Professor at AUE, an executive consultant, speaker, and trainer with over 25 years of experience in training, leadership development, performance management, entrepreneurship, civility and coaching. She has a proven track record of success, having designed and delivered thousands of training hours across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon.
In addition to her consultancy work, Dr. Salam is an entrepreneur and business owner for the past two decades. She brings extensive experience in leadership programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, as well as social media and advertising programs, making her a versatile and highly impactful professional.
Dr. Salam Slim Holds of a PhD in International Affairs , leadership studies/ organizational behaviour.
