Faheem Al Khan is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of progressive experience in the Telecommunications and IT sectors, specializing in Strategic Human Resources Leadership, Quality Assurance and Customer Operations. With a unique blend of operational excellence and strategic foresight, Faheem has successfully driven organizational transformation, workforce optimization, and customer experience enhancements across both customer-facing and corporate HR functions.

Over the last 12+ years, Faheem transitioned into senior HR leadership roles, currently serving as HR Director – Manpower Planning, Organization Design, and Total Rewards. In this role, he leads key HR transformation programs, including:

  • Redesign of organizational structures and operating models
  • Revamp of grading and titling frameworks
  • Modernization of HR policies and pay scales
  • Job evaluation and workforce planning
  • Performance management systems (EPMS) and employee engagement initiatives
