Ms Gargi Banerjee, GPHR, SPHRi, alumni of IIM -Ahmedabad is certified as a Senior Global Professional in Human Resources (HRCI, USA) and an astute leader working in the people and culture domain since last almost 2 decades. She is a dynamic HR Strategy and operations professional across FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Medical, Healthcare, and Biotech enterprises spanning from 2500 - 9000 employees, over 25 countries. A true business-focused, culturally agile HR leader with proven track record in driving organisational growth within diverse sectors. She drives the HR transformation agenda from the very heart of fostering the right culture for growth, matching skills with opportunities, and enabling leaders to learn, grow and lead. Ms Gargi is a regular facilitator, panellist and presenter in various international conferences discussing Future of Work, Talent and DEI amongst other topics. She is a contributor as a guest lecturer with the multiple national and international universities in Middle East and India. She regularly mentors young HR middle level managers in finding their voice and path to success.
