With over 20 years of HR and recruitment experience, Gemma Morris is a CIPD-qualified strategic HR leader passionate about driving inclusion, enhancing employee experience, and improving organizational performance.
Before joining Savills, Gemma managed the HR function in Dubai for STS Aviation Services, a global provider of engineering and maintenance (MRO) solutions for the aviation industry. In this role, she was responsible for implementing and delivering HR initiatives that aligned with the company’s vision and values, covering areas such as HR strategy, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Leading a team of three HR professionals, Gemma collaborated closely with senior management and stakeholders across multiple international locations. As a member of the senior leadership team, she played a key role in shaping people strategy and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that supported business growth.
