George Kotsalos is a seasoned insurance executive with over 20 years of insurance experience across diverse geographies.

Since joining MetLife in 2005, George has led high-performing sales and client relationship teams, spearheading initiatives that enhanced client engagement, diversified product offerings, and optimized distribution channels. His career is distinguished by a strategic growth mindset, a consistent focus on customer-centric innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development.

He holds a Master degree from the University of Stirling in the UK and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a Fellow of the Life Management Association (LOMA). Fluent in Greek, English and German, George is passionate about mentoring future leaders and actively contributes to youth entrepreneurship and motivational speaking initiatives.
