Hana Agil is Human Resources Director for Middle East Africa, International Health, Domestic Health, and Strategy at Cigna Healthcare, International Health.
Hana brings 15 years of HR experience to her role, having worked across the Pharmaceutical, Energy Management, and Consulting sectors. Her career has spanned diverse regions including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Before joining Cigna Healthcare, Hana held key HR roles at AstraZeneca, Novartis, and Schneider Electric, where she collaborated closely with business leaders to design and execute strategic HR and Talent initiatives across multiple markets.
Hana is deeply passionate about talent management and coaching, with a strong commitment to helping teams unlock their potential and foster continuous growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester, a CIPD qualification in HR, multiple certifications in psychometric assessments, and is a certified ICF Coach.
