Jo is a human capital executive, passionate teacher, and academic faculty member with 20 years of global, multi-industry, cross-functional experience in public and private sectors. She is most energised when acting as a guide on the side, helping others grow through teaching, coaching, and mentoring whether virtually, in-person or in hybrid settings. Jo has taught, coached, and led human capital strategy, org design, leadership development, learning, and transformation agendas worldwide for Accenture, Meta, Boots Walgreen Alliance, Al Tayer, EDF, Microsoft, Saudi Aramco, and many more.
She has worked across five continents, from Silicon Valley to Saudi and Singapore to Sydney, bringing an educator’s mindset to leadership. Jo is a Harvard Coaching affiliate, LUMA design thinker and board director.
Jo currently sits on the World Economic Forum council as a member of its Future Skills Alliance and Chief Learning Officer communities. She is also a proud member and contributor to the Harvard Learning Innovation Lab (LILA), where her work continues to bridge research, practice, and teaching.
