Prior to DAMAC, Kris was Managing Director, Head of Firmwide Digital Learning at JPMorgan Chase providing 96% of learning experiences to over 250,000 global employees and managers. Prior to this, Kris was Learning Executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There he was responsible for Global Corporate and Investment Banking learning, Compliance training, and Emerging HR Technologies, such as working with Intuition to pioneer an award-winning mobile learning solution.
Kris previously worked with Accenture Consulting’s Human Performance Practice to deliver large-scale learning and workforce enablement solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Kris is a published thought leader in learning technology and design innovations including mobile, game based and user generated content.
