Milan Makwana is Group Chief People Officer at LetterOne. He has 25 years of HR experience focused on business transformation and organisation culture change. He spent 13 years in senior HR roles at JP Morgan in London, New York, Geneva and Luxembourg. He was part of the global HR transformation at Moody’s Corporate between 2010 -2017 when it introduced the global COE HR model, and the business transformed and expanded its Moody’s Analytics business through organic growth as well as acquisitions. For the past 7 years, he was CHRO of Mizuho for the EMEA region leading the integration of its Banking and Markets business to create a single Corporate and Investment Bank for the EMEA region.
