Mohammad Marria is the CEO and Senior Estate Planner at Just Wills, the UAE’s first succession planning firm. With over 20 years of experience in Will Drafting, Guardianship, and Probate, Mohammad is known as a pioneer in the industry, responsible for registering the first-ever Will in Dubai Courts and launching the region’s first Will Registry. In 2008, he also introduced the concept of Interim Guardianship to address urgent protection for children in expatriate families.

Under his leadership, Just Wills has supported over 12,000 clients and partnered with major institutions, including HSBC and Samsung. Mohammad is a frequent guest speaker at government and corporate events, and an advocate for integrating legacy planning into employee wellbeing programs.
