Prior to joining PeopleStrong, he ran a next-generation learning technology company that helped provide contextual and predictive learning to the employees of large enterprises like Microsoft, Airtel, Indus Towers, and others. An avid squash player and a certified Scuba diver - Mrigank was a strategy consultant with Mercer Management Consulting before becoming an Entrepreneur and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
