With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Muhammad A. Laghari is a seasoned expert in strategic HR consulting, talent management, and rewards. As the former Rewards Market Leader for the MENAT region at Mercer, he has advised government organisations, multinational corporations, and regional enterprises on building performance-driven compensation frameworks, aligning rewards with business strategy, and driving employee engagement across diverse industries. His deep understanding of market dynamics and organisational design has helped clients achieve measurable improvements in performance and workforce alignment.

Currently based in the United Arab Emirates, Muhammad provides consulting services that deliver high-impact, strategic solutions across executive search, leadership development, and HR transformation. His expertise also extends to Learning & Development, where he partners with Global providers such as HRCI, SHRI, ATRI and designs and implements capability-building programs that align with organisational goals and future workforce needs. Additionally, he works with clients on ISO 30414, the international standard for human capital reporting, helping organisations develop data-driven insights, improve transparency, and elevate the strategic role of HR. Muhammad is passionate about connecting businesses with top-tier talent and driving operational excellence through agile, future-focused people strategies. Prior to his current consulting work, Muhammad served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ), a regional multinational, and ORYX GTL, another regional giant and the largest GTL producer in the world. These roles gave him deep operational HR experience, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in talent strategy, organisational design, and human capital development.
