Profile

Nataliia Volosovych is a seasoned People & Culture leader with over two decades of experience driving organisational transformation and talent development across diverse markets. She currently serves as Director, People & Culture Middle East at Philip Morris International (PMI), where she oversees the company’s people agenda across the region, building inclusive, agile, and future-ready workplaces.

Since joining PMI in 2002, Nataliia has held a variety of leadership roles spanning Europe, CIS, and the Middle East. Her career highlights include spearheading large-scale organisational redesigns, leading commercial HR strategy in competitive and fast-changing markets, and shaping people practices to enable PMI’s transformation towards a smoke-free future. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture for SSEA, CIS & MEA, where she was responsible for markets across the Middle East, Egypt and Levant, Maghreb, and Turkey.

Known for her ability to combine deep functional HR expertise with business acumen, Nataliia has played a pivotal role in launching new commercial categories, embedding consumer-centric operating models, and strengthening talent pipelines in complex and multicultural environments.

She is passionate about building cultures that empower people to thrive, foster innovation, and accelerate transformation in line with PMI’s global vision.
