Neha Khicha is a seasoned HR leader with over 17 years of international experience across Canada, Europe, the Middle East, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.

At The Hershey Company, she serves as Director – Strategic Business and Talent Partner, where she leads the people and organisational agenda across Europe, the Middle East, Travel Retail, India, and the APAC region. In addition to her commercial market responsibilities, Neha also oversees HR for Hershey’s manufacturing operations in India and Malaysia.

Her career includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as The Boeing Company, with deep expertise in Organisational Design, Change Management, Talent Management, and People Analytics. Neha has successfully driven large-scale transformations and leadership development programs across diverse industries including FMCG, aerospace, manufacturing, and technology. She also brings strong capability in navigating multi-country labor laws and complex cultural landscapes.

A certified coach and digital transformation consultant, Neha partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build high-performing, inclusive cultures. She holds executive education credentials from IMD Business School (Switzerland) and Harvard Extension School (USA), as well as a Master’s in Human Resources from India.
