Noha Hefny is a globally recognised, multi-award-winning senior executive with 24 years of international leadership experience. As Director of Corporate Affairs at Kellanova for the Middle East and Africa, Noha shapes strategy and oversees corporate affairs and reputation management across 30+ growth and emerging markets, leading corporate affairs, strategic communications, public policy, women’s economic empowerment, equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI), culture, and transformation.
Noha’s career is marked by expertise across 3 sectors including the private sector, the United Nations across three agencies (UNHCR, UN Women, UNESCO) as well as entrepreneurship. She held senior regional roles at PepsiCo, UN Women, McKinsey & Company, and ADNOC Distribution, serving on leadership teams spanning Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She consistently elevated and championed diversity, equity and inclusion, transforming corporate affairs functions she led into strategic growth engines linked to brand equity, stakeholder trust, retention, and risk mitigation.
At UN Women, Noha launched and chaired the UAE chapter of the Unstereotype Alliance, leading it to a #6 global ranking. She led private sector engagement in women’s economic empowerment helping numerous organisations strategically embed gender equity and EDI into business, leading her office to a #2 regional ranking in UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in the Arab States region. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Noha has served on several women and girls’ empowerment non-profit boards. She has received over 10 global leadership awards, including Asia’s 100 Women Power Leaders, the Middle East Business Leadership Excellence Award, and the Global Woman of Influence Award. She is global ambassador for diverse women organisations and established 3 impact ventures. She is published co-author several times, and a renowned global speaker, with more than 60 engagements on women’s economic empowerment, leadership, culture and transformation.
