Prashanth Shetty is the Senior Director of Human Resources for Kellanova in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and Sub-Saharan Africa (MENAT & SSA), a position he has held since 2021. With over 23 years of experience in global multinationals, he is recognised for his deep expertise in talent strategy, culture transformation, M&A, organisational design, and endto-end HR leadership across supply chain and commercial functions.

Prashanth is known for his ability to integrate people, business, and operational strategies to drive sustainable growth and transformation in complex, multi-regional environments. At Kellanova, he leads the people agenda across 30+ diverse and high-growth emerging markets, partnering with regional leadership to shape transformation, talent, and leadership development strategies.

His work has delivered measurable results, including high retention in the 90th percentile, people manager effectiveness in the 80th percentile, and gender balance at mid-senior levels. With a career spanning factory HR, labour relations, and regional enterprise leadership, Prashanth brings a rare blend of operational depth and strategic influence. He has successfully led postmerger integrations, divestments, and capability-building initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

He holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from Mangalore University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan
