Rahul Bharti is the head of human resources for international business at Zee Entertainment. In this role, he leads the people agenda to create a global media entertainment company from emerging markets.

Rahul was the head of human resources for international business at Dabur International & Britannia Industries. He led people strategy for sales, marketing & manufacturing in diverse cultures. He has led post-merger integration of company acquisitions in USA & Turkey.

Prior to moving to MEA region, Rahul led reward & performance strategy, talent management & HR business partnering at STMicroelectronics, India Design Center. He was the country HR manager for ST-Ericsson.

He has led diverse teams, building high trust, high performance culture during periods of rapid growth & declining sales, delivering on customer & stakeholders' commitment.

He is a Chartered Fellow from CIPD, UK, with an MBA in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and higher certifications from international bodies.
