Richa Singh is an Executive and Team Coach who helps individuals and organisations move through change and complexity with clarity and confidence. She empowers clients to take purposeful action by fostering empathic listening, creative problem-solving, and resilient leadership.

Richa partners with C-Suite executives and senior leaders to sharpen leadership presence, communicate vision effectively, align organisational priorities, and nurture cultures that balance success with well-being. As a team coach and facilitator, she enables teams to reach their potential, collaborate more effectively, and solve challenges with impact.

Specializing in Design Thinking, Richa equips teams to adopt a customer-centric mindset through discovery and co-creation, often using tools like LEGO® Serious Play® to spark creativity and alignment. As a certified Designing Your Life (DYL) coach, she blends Design Thinking with Positive Psychology to help individuals design fulfilling careers and transitions. She is also a certified Extended DISC® facilitator, supporting stronger team dynamics and productivity.

Previously, Richa founded and led a design collective and later held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, where she managed large real estate portfolios across EMEA and India, leading diverse teams to deliver operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Richa serves on the ICF UAE Chapter Board as Director and has served on other industry and women-focused boards. She has also chaired the CoreNet Middle East for two years. She holds an MSc in Real Estate (TU Delft, NL) and a Bachelor of Architecture (SSAA, India), alongside certifications in Design Thinking (Stanford GSB, DesignThinkers Academy), Designing Your Life, Extended DISC, Emotional Intelligence, and Lego Serious Play.
