Santosh Kher is a seasoned HR leader with almost 19 years of international HR experience and currently serves on the Advisory Board of IMT Business School Dubai. He has led HR through various mergers and acquisitions and all the verticals of HR such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Culture & DEI. He has received various prestigious awards individually and for the team in his previous organizations.

Externally Santosh has received CHRO of the year awarded by Future Workplace Awards Middle East and another CHRO of the year at the Global HR Excellence Awards presented by World HRD Congress.He holds an MBA in HR, Diploma in HR, and Bachelors degree in Science (Majors in Statistics).

He is also a certified MBTI practitioner, certified in Korn Ferry Job Evaluation method, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Executive Program on Talent Builders through IE Business school and Leadership & Management Development Program through University of California Los Angeles (UCLA Extension). Santosh has keen interest in imparting his knowledge and does that well through his association with various educational institutes for industry guest lectures and as a speaker in various HR forums.
