Siva Cagdas serves as Human Resources Director, Commercial, Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey, and Human Resources Business Partner for Asia, Middle East, and Africa; Legal at Kellanova. In this role, she drives the human resources strategy for commercial operations across 32 markets while partnering closely with the regional legal function.

With more than a decade of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, Siva has worked across all major functions and served on leadership teams in multiple countries. Her expertise includes organizational design, building high-performing teams, talent development, and cross-regional leadership growth. She has successfully led numerous organisational transformation initiatives that enhanced structural efficiency and elevated capabilities across the region.

She has also advanced succession planning and leadership development efforts, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Siva is certified in (MBTI) Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and Insights Discovery, which enrich her approach to cultural transformation and leadership development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Administration from Hacettepe University in Turkey and is fluent in English and Turkish.
