Sonali Attri is Vice President – People Business Partner, EEMEA at Mastercard and she partners with the sales organisation across Middle East and Africa. She has been with Mastercard for 11 years and has held roles in Talent Management and Development and Talent Acquisition in the organisation. She is driven to enable the business to exceed its goal through superior people practices and is very passionate about leadership and diversity. Sonali is a certified executive coach and works with senior leaders to realise their potential. She is especially passionate about helping women leaders meet their goals. She launched ‘Relaunch your Career’ in Mastercard, a very successful return to work program for women that has been scaled globally. She has recently launched a leadership development pathway for VPs in Africa.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Sonali worked extensively in Executive Search in UAE and India. Her last role was as Practice Lead for Payments and Financial Services at MRI Worldwide, Dubai, where she spent 8 years. Her early career was in hospitality sector followed by a short stint with a grassroot level NGO in India. With over 29 years of her career in Human Resources, Development Sector and Hospitality, people have been her key area of focus and passion and she continues to fulfil her purpose through her work at Mastercard.
