Vincent is a seasoned professional and leader with an international career of more than 25 years, with extensive experience in business and Human Capital leadership roles. Currently he is Director of Talent and Performance Management and Learning, leading the function for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Before that he held various leadership roles in FMCG, ICT and worked as an independent human capital consultant, supporting a range of international clients on Talent and Leadership challenges. In the last few decades, he has worked across all areas of Human Capital and multiple geographies and industries.
