Vivian Zago has been Human Resources Director at Arla Foods MENA since December 2023. She is responsible for setting and implementing strategic HR and talent management objectives, and leading a multinational team covering the full HR needs of over 2,200 employees across the region, with commercial operations in United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon & Iraq and dairy plants in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. Zago first joined the Company’s to lead the UOQ cluster Dubai in June 2023 as Senior Human Resources Manager. She came to Arla Foods MENA after 11 years at BRF, a Brazilian food processing company and one of the world’s largest. There, she filled multiple HR Business Partner and People Development roles establishing the HR processes and organizational culture across Middle East and Europe region. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Zago holds a degree in Business Administration from FACAMP in Brazil, and a Coaching Certificate from INSEAD.
