Waleed Elhelw is a seasoned HR executive with over two decades of experience shaping talent strategy and leadership development across global organisations. He has held senior HR roles at industry leaders including Aramex, Coca-Cola, General Electric, PepsiCo, and Nestlé; bringing a deep understanding of organisational growth, capability building, and performance culture.

In his current role as Global Talent & Development Director at Aramex, Waleed leads the company’s global talent agenda across 70+ countries. He is responsible for executive succession planning, leadership development, and embedding a performance-driven culture aligned with strategic business outcomes. His work includes building internal leadership academies, rolling out high-impact development programs, and linking talent pipelines to business transformation.

Waleed has also redefined how talent is assessed and developed, and advanced inclusion initiatives to build stronger, more diverse teams. He is deeply committed to developing future-ready leaders and ensuring organisations are equipped with the talent they need to grow, adapt, and lead.
