2025 Awards Categories
The HRSE KSA Awards aim to recognise the achievements of the HR industry in 13 award categories. A spin-off of the Future Workplace Awards in Dubai, we are excited to bring the awards to Saudi Arabia and celebrate the great work being done by the HR industry in the Kingdom.
Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
This category will be awarded to an organisation that is dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive and tolerant workplace. Recognising an employer whose culture promotes trust, collaboration, fairness and growth through a D&I environment.
Best Employee Engagement Strategy
This category recognises the importance of employee engagement in today’s businesses. This award is for an HR strategy that has significantly improved employee engagement levels within the team or company.
Best Employee Wellbeing Programme
Recognising employers who place employee wellbeing centre stage within their organisation and have embedded a strong culture of health and wellness to support their colleagues. This award will go to the organisation that provides the most compelling evidence that their employee wellness programme not only works, but that has also created a clear and measurable return on investments in this area.
Best Executive & Leadership Programme
This award recognises an organisation that has implemented an innovative and sustainable leadership development strategy/programme that strengthens the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
Best HR Technology Implementation
With ever increasing adoption and investment in HR technologies, this award recognises the employer that has successfully embraced digital disruption to move HR forward.
Best Recruitment & Onboarding Strategy
The awarded organisation will have demonstrated excellence and innovation in attracting, recruiting and onboarding employees. The panel will be looking for an employer who has excelled in creating an effective recruitment and onboarding atmosphere that is conductive to employees’ smooth introduction to the company.
Best Reward and Recognition Strategy
This award is dedicated to companies promoting reward and recognition across their business through an HR strategy. Nominees will have to demonstrate increased levels of engagement and performance as a direct result of implementing the strategy
Best Talent Development Strategy
This award honours the organisation which has developed a very well-integrated strategy to recruit, manage, develop and retain talent with the aim of improving business value and ability to measure the success of implementation and outcome.
Best Women Development & Leadership Programme
The award will recognise an organisation that has developed and implemented a successful women development and leadership programme. The winning organisation needs to highlight how the programme supports behaviour change, creates lasting impact and builds an inclusive culture.
CHRO of the Year
A senior CHRO who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business best-practice in developing effective HR strategies which have significantly benefited their business throughout the last year.
Employer of the Year
This award honours the leading employer that can demonstrate superior people development strategies resulting in a productive, engaged and motivated workforce becoming an employer of choice.
HR Team of the Year
An award to recognise the collective effort of HR teams within the business. The team should be able to demonstrate their impact on the HR function as well as the business overall.
HR's Rising Star of the Year
An emerging talent in the field of HR who shows high potential for future achievement in the profession. Nominees can be any age but should have been in the HR profession for a total of 5 years or less.
People's Choice Awards
We're excited to introduce the People's Choice Awards, where your voice matters! These awards celebrate the most impactful and engaging experiences at HRSE KSA, as voted by you, the event attendees. Alongside your votes, a panel of expert judges will contribute to selecting the final winners.
Start-Up Pitch Stage Winner
This award will recognise the start-up that delivers the most compelling pitch and wins the hearts of the audience at the conference. The winning start-up must showcase innovation, feasibility, and the potential to create a significant impact in its industry.
Most Aesthetically Pleasing Exhibitor Stand
This award recognises the exhibitor stand that captivates and engages attendees through exceptional design, creativity, and visual impact. The winning exhibitor stand should create a welcoming and memorable experience while effectively communicating the brand’s identity and purpose.
Most Impactful Sponsored/Solution Provider Led Session
This award recognises the session delivered by a sponsor or solution provider that resonated most with the audience, offering actionable insights, practical solutions, and meaningful takeaways. The winning session must demonstrate thought leadership, engagement, and relevance to the challenges and opportunities faced by HR professionals today.
