Judging Process
At the HRSE KSA Awards, we are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and thorough judging process to recognize and celebrate the best in the HR industry. Here's a detailed look at how the judging process works
1. Nomination Submission
Entries must meet the eligibility criteria and be submitted before the deadline with all required details.
2. Preliminary Review
An initial review is conducted to verify that entries are complete and have been submitted under the correct category.
3. Judging
Following the internal review, a panel of esteemed industry experts evaluates and scores each entry based on the published judging criteria.
Judges independently assess submissions to ensure an objective and unbiased evaluation.
4. Shortlist Announcement
Once the judging is complete, a shortlist of the top-scoring nominees is announced.
These nominees represent the best of the submissions.
5. Announcement of Winners
Final winners are determined solely by the judges’ scores and will be revealed at the HRSE KSA Awards ceremony, where they will be celebrated for their achievements and contributions to the industry.
6. Confidentiality and Integrity
The judging process is conducted with strict confidentiality to ensure fairness.
Judges are carefully selected based on their expertise and are not assigned to categories where they have a conflict of interest.
All judges sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to uphold the integrity and impartiality of the process.
The judges’ decisions are final. Awards will be made at the discretion of the judges, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the results.
