Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Yousef is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Logistics Academy (SLA), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s national institution for developing logistics and supply chain talent, supporting the objectives of Vision 2030 and the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors, Abdulaziz has led major organisational transformation, financial sustainability, and workforce development initiatives. Prior to joining the Saudi Logistics Academy, he served as CEO of the Business Center at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), where he delivered over 134% revenue growth, achieved 130% growth in net profit, and led the institution’s first-ever privatisation initiative.
In parallel with his executive career, Abdulaziz is an entrepreneur and co-founder of several successful ventures in strategic communications and project intelligence. His expertise spans logistics workforce development, institutional transformation, public-private partnerships, corporate strategy, governance, and business development.
He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Akron, USA, and serves on several national committees related to logistics workforce development and private sector engagement. Abdulaziz is a frequent speaker on leadership, organisational transformation, logistics capability development, and the future of human capital in Saudi Arabia.
