Abdulmajeed Alqusaibi I joined King Saud University as Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2025. Based on his extensive experience in Senior HR Roles and evident potential to work with KSU People and leaders through current and exciting transformational change, including the implementation of a new Organisational structure.

Alongside his strong passion for empowering and developing others and teams and influencing change in organisational culture and leadership capability, he is continually focused on his own personal & professional development. Following his passions and continual pursuit of self-development, he has obtained certification as a professional Coach and is Certified via CIPD. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and completed an MBA with Alfaisal University, Riyadh in 2023.

He has also represented Riyadh Airports Company as Keynote Speaker at many Aviation Industry and Human Capital Forums and is Chair of the ACI Asia Pacific Regional HR Committee.

Abdulmajeed tirelessly endeavours to continually champion and enhance People and Leadership agendas, including building capabilities and identifying potential & talent within each organisation where he leads, enabling the delivery of strategic priorities and has achieved recent National and Regional Recognition for the efforts and achievements of the Riyadh Airports Company Human Capital Division.

With over 18 years of experience in human resources, Abdulmajeed has held senior leadership roles across prominent national organisations in Saudi Arabia.

His previous positions include Chief Human Capital Officer at Riyadh Airports Company, General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Finance, and Director roles at the Saudi Central Bank - SAMA, where he led both the HR Services Division and the HR Business Partner Division. Additionally, he served as Personnel Manager at Almarai and held key HR leadership roles at Alshaya Group, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Area HR Manager.

Abdulmajeed has also provided strategic HR consultancy services to various Saudi government ministries, further strengthening his expertise in public sector transformation and talent development.
