Ayoub AlNuwaysir works in Human Resources and Organisation Development, supporting organisations as they grow and adapt within complex, transformation-driven environments. He currently serves as Organisation Development Vice President at Sports Boulevard Foundation, where he contributes to enterprise-wide initiatives across organisation design, learning and development, leadership capability building, succession planning, and performance management, with a focus on aligning people practices with organisational priorities.

Previously, Ayoub worked at The Royal Commission for AlUla, where he led and delivered major organisational structure transformation initiatives in support of evolving strategic objectives. His work included redesigning organisational structures, refining workforce plans, and partnering with leadership to improve clarity, alignment, and operational effectiveness.

Earlier in his career, Ayoub was part of the founding human capital team at the National Cybersecurity Authority, contributing to the establishment of core HR foundations for the newly formed authority. His experience there covered organisation culture, job architecture, workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and total rewards.
