Profile

Dr. Faten Alsari is a result-oriented professional with diversified experience in transformation, strategic alliance to successfully achieve the sector goals and objectives. She also can influence others to provide direction and inspiration to complete quality projects.

In 2016, she was appointed to be the Director for Female Policies and Programs which helped to design and develop female employment policies and programs such as Anti-sexual harassment policies. She represented Saudi Arabia in various international conferences and participated in the Arab labor conference that was held in Egypt and female empowerment program in Netherlands.

As an expert in female employment policy and programs, she worked as an advisor for the population committee at MEP, so she developed a research Study on the effect of Maternity leave polices in Public and Private Sectors on the population growth.

In 2018, with her strength in communication and leadership she was appointed to be the United Nations National Project Manager at MEP for more than two years while working as HRBP Director to align the deputyships strategic objectives with the Ministry strategy.

In 2020, she worked as an advisor for his excellency the vice minister for the Mining Affair to bring out the best of the sector, through transformation projects. Furthermore, she was responsible for establishing the HR for The Saudi Mining Services Company. In addition to designing and transitioning the employees from the mining sector to the company. She was assigned to be the Director of the Development and Centre of Excellence.

While working, she was a highly esteemed member of various committees with different organisations such as HRDF Leadership Academy, Human Resources Think Tank at (SABIC), and the committee of alignment between PNU graduates’ programs and the private sector. She was also a Board Member of the College of Business Council at Alyamamah University while teaching the masters’ program. Furthermore, she designed, developed, and delivered the Leadership Progression program & Leadership for Results to the Deans & Leaders at PNU. In addition to all those accolades, she was a speaker in various conferences such as Change Management through Generation that was held in Feb 2019. Also, she was speaker at the Women Economic forum at Alshargyah Chamber Nov 2016.
