Marcelo Alvisi de Paula is the Director of People Development and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Based in Riyadh, he designs and leads strategic learning, leadership, and culture initiatives that help large, diverse teams grow, thrive, and deliver meaningful work. Marcelo’s career spans multiple industries including healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and retail, through leadership roles with Nahdi Medical Co, flyadeal, Marriott International, Viceroy Hotel Group, Nando’s, Hard Rock International, and Pizza Express UK. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology at the University of São Paulo (USP) and has completed executive programs in Digital & AI Transformation (IMD) and Leading for Organisational Impact (Centre for Creative Leadership). Marcelo’s work is grounded in building environments where continuous learning is the norm, inclusion is lived, and performance is fuelled by empathy, accountability, and service.
