Saleh Alhudḥayf is a senior human resources leader with extensive experience in workforce strategy, Saudization, and organisational development within the healthcare and services sectors in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Head of HR, where he plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and national transformation goals.

Throughout his career, Saleh has led major initiatives focused on talent localisation, leadership development, and capability building, with a strong emphasis on preparing Saudi talent for both leadership and critical technical roles. His approach combines strategic workforce planning with practical, results-driven execution, enabling organisations to achieve sustainable Saudization outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.

Saleh holds the SHRM-SCP certification and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is passionate about building future-ready workforces that directly support organisational growth and Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
