Srijith Nair is a global HR and talent strategist with 27 years of leadership experience across banking, financial services, retail, logistics, and aviation in the Middle East and India regions. He currently serves as a Director at SAL Saudi Logistics, Saudia Group, spearheading Human Capital and AI initiatives across Talent, Leadership Development, Culture, and Engagement, and also acts as an Advisory Board Member for a globally recognised certification body in emerging technologies.
He is widely recognised for shaping CEO and board-level succession strategies, executive leadership architectures, and AI-enabled HR ecosystems across the GCC.
Srijith has held senior leadership roles with Dubai Islamic Bank, Landmark Group, Aditya Birla Group, British Airways, Jet Airways, SriLankan Airlines, AXA, and New York Life, leading large[1]scale talent transformation, cultural renewal, and leadership pipeline modernisation across geographies.
A doctoral researcher in AI and HR Strategy, he has published extensively on artificial intelligence, workforce strategy, and organisational psychology.
