Since spending the early part of his career in Engineering, Tim has 20 years’ experience in organisational development and change. In this time, Tim has specialised in hands-on implementation of process and system change, tracking and evaluating change impact, coaching managers and their teams through changes in behaviour, helping leaders craft their organisations’ strategic narrative and tell their personal story, and executive and team development.
Tim leads Q5’s Leadership and Team Development practice, and he brings a blend of approaches from across his experience to the task of helping individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation to achieve a sustainable change in how they think and act within their roles. As a practice leader Tim shapes Q5’s offer, incorporating latest techniques that can meet our clients’ requirements.
Tim leads development programmes across a wide range of industries – including Health, Higher Education, Technology, Government, Consumer goods and Manufacturing – both in the UK and across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Tim relishes the opportunity to support leaders and teams in their development. He believes that each leader’s style and strengths need to be discovered and nurtured, and that the work of becoming a high-performing team is ongoing.
He is an experienced and lively facilitator and speaker, an attentive and thought-provoking coach, and he brings energy and ownership to the development journey.
