Fred leads a small team responsible for developing and maintaining the Foundation's stakeholder engagement strategy. A key aspect of his role involves facilitating opportunities for a two-way dialogue that helps the IASB and technical project team meet their needs and allows for stakeholder views to be heard. By developing a wide range of relationships, Fred aims to find out about the Foundation's stakeholders’ needs and gathers views on the Foundation's activities and then feed this back to the organisation.
