Blake J. Thomas serves as Vice President of Operations at Quinn Residences, a leading owner, operator, and developer of dedicated rental communities across the Southeastern United States. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Blake has built a career centered on professional growth, operational excellence, and investment in exceptional resident communities.

Blake began his real estate career in 2004, quickly advancing from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager within six months. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across multifamily operations, overseeing lease-up and new development communities, Class A, B, and C properties, student housing, renovations, and acquisition and disposition transitions. His background spans operations, training, marketing, and executive leadership, including serving as Senior Vice President at Landmark Apartment Trust, where he played a key role in the company's successful public offering.

Demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in the multifamily housing industry, Blake holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations. His work has also earned him numerous awards, including Landmark’s Vice President of the Year in 2012, the Landmark Associate of the Year in 2013, and the 2023 Regional Property Manager of the Year at Grand Peaks.

At Quinn Residences, Blake began as a Senior Regional Property Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations in January 2026. Within six months, Blake was again promoted to Vice President of Operations. Blake is passionate about driving successful performance across all communities while remaining focused on Quinn’s core values and strengthening commitment to team members. He strives to create a simple, streamlined experience for residents and add value to the lifestyle he helps provide.

With Quinn Residences, Blake seeks to enhance operations, raise occupancy, and drive longterm success in communities to create a long-lasting impact. In addition to working for Quinn Residences, Blake lives in one of Quinn’s communities, which allows him to see firsthand the resident experience and better understand what makes Quinn’s communities unique.
