Sam Simino is the Associate Vice President at Cove Capital Investments, where he leads the firm’s acquisitions platform for multifamily and single-tenant net lease investments nationwide. He oversees the full acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence and closing, with a focus on both stabilized long-term hold and value-add investment opportunities.

During his tenure at Cove Capital, Mr. Simino has closed 62 real estate transactions totaling more than $435 million in acquisition volume. Prior to joining Cove Capital, he served at Fortus Partners, where he led acquisitions and asset management initiatives while also playing a key role in raising institutional capital for the firm. Over the course of his career at Fortus, he participated in more than 750 buy-side and sell-side real estate transactions.

Mr. Simino graduated from the University of Southern California and brings extensive experience across acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and real estate investment strategy.
