Ms. Shelley Yang is the founder and CEO of InvesTAO. She had extensive cross border business experience in leading
asset management industry from China. She was Deputy Global Head for Alternative Investment in Haitong Bank
since April 2017 and CEO of Haitong Capital S.A.

Prior to Haitong Bank, S.A., Ms. Yang joined China Universal Asset Management in 2012 as the Head of International
Business and a Managing Director, to lead the business development team for all cross border business including
QDII, QFII and RQFII. Prior to China Universal AMC, Ms. Yang was the International Business Director in Guotai
since 2007, and afterwards the Aide to the CEO of Guotai Asset Management with a focus on QFII business. During
the span in Guotai AMC, she led the launch of QDII business and the first foreign index fund in the Chinese market
with the introduction of the NASDAQ 100 Fund. Formerly Ms Yang was a Managing Director at Citigate China where
she was responsible for IPO and M&A advisory for clients.

In addition, Ms. Yang is a CFA Charterholder, and served on the Public Awareness Committee for the CFA Institute
from 2004 to 2007. She is also a member of the ICI Global Asia Pacific committee. Ms Yang attended Fudan
University where she earned a Bachelor degree in Business Management followed by an MBA at California State
Polytechnic University, Pomona, and she finished Program of Leadership Development from Harvard Business in
2016. She has remained a Director of China Universal SICAV since June 2014.
