Jukka Muhonen is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in transactions, licensing, and strategic collaborations across the pharma and biotech value chains. He has held leadership roles in Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Business Development, and Strategic Alliance Management.

With a global track record, Jukka has developed deep expertise in structuring and negotiating deals that drive and safeguard value for his constituencies. His core strengths include licensing transactions, M&A, equity and non-dilutive funding structures, high-interest commercial negotiations, and the formation, management, and restructuring of industry collaborations.

Jukka holds an MBA from Henley Business School and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from the University of Illinois and the University of Helsinki. He currently serves as Executive Director, Business Development for OBI Pharma, where he leads the Business Development team and operations.
