Limor Ben Har is Chief Operating Officer at Prilenia Therapeutics, a private clinical-stage biotech on a mission to develop and provide sustainable access to transformative medicines for people affected by devastating neurodegenerative diseases. Prilenia has raised more than $140 million in equity financing since its founding in 2018, signed a regional commercialization and co-development partnership with Ferrer (valued at up to approximately €500 million) in 2025, and is currently running (in collaboration with Ferrer) two global pivotal Phase 3 trials of its lead candidate, pridopidine: PREVAiLS in ALS and PRECISE-HD in Huntington's disease. As COO, Limor leads planning, strategy, and corporate governance, and oversees company operations across core corporate functions. She brings a 25-year track record of shaping strategy and driving decision-making and execution in complex, high-impact environments spanning biotech, global pharma, and the public sector.
Before joining Prilenia as a founding executive, Limor was Chief of Staff at Teva R&D, where she led R&D planning and operations for a global organization of more than 2,000 people and an approximately $1.2 billion budget. Prior to Teva, she spent 13 years in national security and foreign policy, including as Chief of Staff of Israel's National Security Council and as a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress in Washington, DC. Limor holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and BA and MA degrees in political science from Tel Aviv University.
