His career spans senior leadership roles at Charm Therapeutics, H3 Biomedicine, Otsuka, EMD Serono, Coley, ARIAD, Infinity, and BeiGene, with operating experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Ross holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.Sc. (Hons) from Kingston University, London.
